The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, assisting with my luggage and passport printing. However, I noticed some carpet stains in my room, and the pillows felt a bit too soft for my liking. The bathroom could use a refresh, especially the shower head, which was loose and not very pleasant. Overall, the convenience and staff made the stay enjoyable, but some cleanliness and maintenance issues need addressing.
